At All About Eve we want you to be 100% satisfied when you shop with us.

For items of maternity clothing, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, then please return your goods unworn, with the tags / labels still attached, within 10 days of receipt, for a refund or exchange (UK customers only). If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a "Proof of Postage" certificate from the post office as All About Eve cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us. Unfortunately, postage and packaging cannot be refunded as these are direct costs. Items of clothing that have been damaged during delivery must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of receipt along with pictures of the damage.  Items of clothing that have been lost must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of anticipated receipt of the goods.  This is so that compensation may be claimed from the Post Office, and a refund or replacement made.

CDs will be replaced where they have been lost or damaged during delivery. Notification of loss or damage must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt or anticipated receipt of the goods. Outside of this criteria, refunds or exchanges of CDs will not be made due to the copyright nature of these products.

Orders are despatched with compensation cover of up to £34 automatically.  Compensation for orders exceeding £34 up to a maximum of £500 is at the discretion of the customer, and optional.
