| | Postage cost covers the price of packaging materials, a handling element as well as the Royal Mail fee. Items are carefully packed in lightweight polythene envelopes to protect and keep them dry. Once payment has cleared, items are usually despatched the next working day. Orders are automatically despatched by Royal Mail with a certificate of posting, and are therefore covered up to a maximum of £34 compensation if lost or damaged in transit. If your order exceeds £34, you may choose to have it despatched by Special Delivery Next Day, where goods are covered up to maximum of £500 compensation, and are guaranteed for delivery by 1pm the day after despatch.
